Viewing System Update Status Report
This report provides information on system updates for devices across the entire organization.
System Update information will be available only if the System Update feature is enabled.
To generate a report, click Reports > System Update Status. The list of updates and related information is displayed.
To sort data, click the header of any column. You can export all this information, or you can filter and refine your report.
To filter data, use any of these methods:
- Enter a date range.
- Make a search using the Search box. You can search by any field.
- Combine both: enter a date range and enter any parameter in the Search box.
Once you have filtered the information, click Export. A .csv file is created and automatically downloaded to your computer.
