Viewing Software Inventory Change Log

This feature tracks installed/uninstalled software/applications. Navigate to Reports > Software Inventory Change Log. You will see two tabs, which offer access to the lists of Installed and Uninstalled software. To sort data, click on the header of any column. 
  1. Installed: displays the list of devices with their installed software.
  2. Uninstalled: displays the list of devices with their uninstalled software.
Each entry shows the device name along with some device information, and the date the software was installed or uninstalled in the device. 

Generating and Exporting a Report

You can export the complete list of devices along with the device and installed software information, by clicking the Export link located in the top left corner of the page. Alternatively, you can refine your report using the options explained below.
  1. Sort by installation/uninstallation date: click the Calendar icon and enter a date range, or select Last Week, Last Month or Last Year.
  2. Make a search by entering text into the Search box.
    Note: You can combine both methods.
To export the filtered information, click Export. A .csv file is created and automatically downloaded to your computer.
