Viewing Software Inventory Audit Report
This feature displays a comprehensive list of all currently installed software across devices within an organization, with their associated devices.
Navigate to Reports > Software Inventory Audit. The list of software is displayed. Each entry shows the software name, its version number, the number of devices where it was installed and a link to Export the related information.
To view the devices associated to each software:
- Click the down arrow. The list of devices is displayed along with some detailed information such as the date of the software installation, and the date of the last update.
- To sort data, click on the header of any column.
Applying Filters
- Sort by installation date: click the Calendar icon and enter a date range, or select Last Week, Last Month or Last Year.
- Make a Search by Software Name.
Exporting Reports
You can export the complete list of software along with their associated device information by clicking the Export button in the top-left corner of the page. Alternatively, export information for a specific device by clicking the Export button next to the device name. The process is the same for both options and is explained below.
- Click on the Export button to generate a .CSV file.
- In the pop-up window, click the Export button.
- Click the Notifications icon

- Click Download report to download the file.
