Viewing Software Inventory Audit Report

This feature displays a comprehensive list of all currently installed software across devices within an organization, with their associated devices. 
Navigate to Reports > Software Inventory Audit. The list of software is displayed. Each entry shows the software name, its version number, the number of devices where it was installed and a link to Export the related information.

To view the devices associated to each software:
  1. Click the down arrow. The list of devices is displayed along with some detailed information such as the date of the software installation, and the date of the last update. 
  2. To sort data, click on the header of any column. 


To generate and export a report:
You can export the complete list of software along with their devices information by clicking the Export link located in the top left corner of the page. Alternatively, you can refine your report using the options explained below.
  1. Sort by installation date: click the Calendar icon and enter a date range, or select Last Week, Last Month or Last Year.
  2. Make a Search by Software Name.
To export the filtered information, click Export. A .csv file is created and automatically downloaded to your computer.
