Viewing Low Storage Report

Viewing Low Storage Report

When a device’s storage is nearing capacity (<5% remaining), LDM will create an alert on the Dashboard. The device will be listed in the Storage report and Device Management > Devices > Device Tray > Alert History tab until the max capacity alert is no longer detected. The Storage report provides details about the storage capacity including:
  1. Device Name
  2. Serial Number
  3. Storage Size
  4. Storage Used
  5. Storage Free
  6. Device Group
  7. Date the alert was detected

IT Admin can change the low storage threshold under Policy Management > LDM Organization Settings > Feature > Configure Alerts.
