Viewing Low Battery Report
When a device’s battery has <20% charge remaining, LDM will create an alert on the Dashboard. The device will be listed in the Low Battery report and Device Management > Devices > Device Tray > Alert History tab until the low battery alert is no longer detected. The Low Battery report provides details about the battery charge including:
- Device Name
- Serial Number
- % Charge Remaining
- Remaining Capacity
- Battery Cycle Count (number of times the battery has been discharged/recharged)
- AC/DC Mode (last known device charging status)
- Battery Condition
- Device Group
- Date the alert was detected
IT Admin can change the low battery threshold under Policy Management > LDM Organization Settings > Feature > Configure Alerts.
