Viewing Audit Log Report

This report details actions or events that have occurred in the portal. To generate the report, click Reports > Audit Logs.

The information includes Event (e.g., Device Claimed); Date/Time of Event; Executed By (LDM User Email); and Applied To (Device Name/SN).

Using the filters
  1. Date: Use the calendar to search for a specific date or a range of dates.
  2. Search By: Select a column title from the dropdown list (e.g., Event), then enter the corresponding value in the adjacent search box. For example, if you choose Event and enter an event name, a list of events matching that name will be displayed.
Once you have filtered the information, click Export. A .csv file is created and automatically downloaded to your computer.
