UDC Agent Plugins

The UDC agent supports multiple plugins that enable various functionalities within Lenovo Device Manager. These plugins manage telemetry, system updates, power management, docking station integration, and more. Below is a list of plugins included with the LDM UDC agent and their functions:

  1. dms-plugin – Essential for managing all telemetry and actions within LDM. It also handles system updates for BIOS, firmware, and drivers.
  2. ivanti-plugin – Required to run Patch services, integrating with the Ivanti SDK.
  3. peakshift-plugin – Enables PeakShift Power Management functionality.
  4. dockstation-plugin – Retrieves WMI data through Lenovo Accessories Device Management APIs.
  5. tcc-plugin – Connects to ThinkCentre BIOS to support ThinkCentre Customization (TCC).
  6. utility-plugin – Does not have a specific function.
