New Features Added


1. Integrates System Update
  1. Allows users to scan and deploy licensed Lenovo devices on-demand for Windows driver, firmware and BIOS updates across the network. Updates can be installed remotely on one or more devices and by groups of devices.
  1. Provides user with update details and displays all eligible devices (by Critical, Recommended and Optional updates or by Device/Group listing).
  2. All successful System Update installations are tracked through the Patch & System Update report.
  1. This feature requires a Premium license.
  2. Free Trial offers will now include a “Premium” license (30 days, limit 20 devices)

2. Policy Management
  1. Introduces Policy Management section for Org Admins
  2. Initial implementation brings the existing “Org Settings” security and feature configurations to Policy Management.

3. Power Management Enhancements
  1. Improves editing functionality and user experience across feature.
  2. Completed focus group trials to test potential scheduling changes to improve usability in future.

4. LDM Enhancements 
  1. Adds App and App Deployment History exports.
  2. Allows filtered Device List export.
  3. Extends MSP parent/child selection to Patch pages.
  4. Allows multiple Android apps to be disabled at the same time.
  5. Improves multiple UX issues across portal.
  6. Migrates organization account settings page and customization stepper to Atomic UI.

Bugs Fixed


1. When closing device tray, the top part of tray is cut off (DMS-5211)
2. [Intel vPro] Alarm Clock schedule is displayed using the browser's time zone implicitly, not device’s time zone (DMS-5939)
3. [Patch] User cannot remove calendar filter after filtering by calendar in Patch deployment report (DMS-6086)
4. [Patch] Device Name is not updated for patch module when update the device name from device tray (DMS-7004)
5. [Power Management] Program information will change when user edits in editing dialog but doesn’t save it (DMS-6539)
6. [Power Management] Chinese program name doesn’t display correctly in the exported file (DMS-6489)
7. [Power Management] Failed power off or wake up event are logged as successful in power management (DMS-6267)
8. [Power Management] The string is overlapped when creating weekly schedule with multiple days (DMS-6998)
9. [Power Management] Edit Program can set conflicted time (DMS-6233)
10. [MSP] There is no entry to switch between parent and child orgs in Apps/Patch page (DMS-4965)
