Editing Your User Profile
To access your profile, click on the small down arrow to the right of your user icon and select My Profile.
Photo
Depending on your organization’s policy, LDM offers the option to add an avatar or picture for easier visual identification throughout the portal. You can either drag and drop a file or click Upload Image.
Information
- First Name and Last Name: enter your first and last name, as this will serve as your identification within the portal. Other users will recognize you by the name you provide here. Your identification will only be used within the Portal and will not be downloaded or transferred to other applications.
- Role: shows your current role in the organization.
- Status: shows your current status in the Portal: Active, Offline, etc.
- Contact: enter or update your contact email.
When you have finished editing the information click Update.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, click the corresponding link.
Security Tab
This tab allows you to set up Microsoft Two-Step Verification and reset it if you change your phone.
To enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), simply slide the button to the right.
